All our services such as RIMS delivery, strategic network monitoring and performance metrics gathering, unified communication (VoIP, video and data), e-mail (hosted Exchange and POP3), DNS services, mail filtering, spam/virus control and archiving, and virtualization services are delivered through these facilities.
 

Agilent/Choice Core Datacenter, IT support and Infrastructure Services:

 

1. Remote Infrastructure Management Services.
This entails 100% managed services ranging from server, network gear, desktop and application level proactive and reactive support and management.

 

2. Network Monitoring, Security Services and Management Services.
These services provides some of the most granular and exhaustive level of intelligence of infrastructure availability, load, security analysis and intrusion detection as well as prevention.

 

3. Hosted applications.
This service includes anything that client wishes to place at our datacenters such as dedicated servers, co-located servers, servers in virtualized environment or applications hosted in our infrastructure

 

4. Unified Communication services.
These services include VoIP provisioning in hosted environment, hosted Microsoft Exchange accounts, hosted SharePoint Portal services, Microsoft LCS, POP3 email, and video services.

 

5. Backup and Disaster Recovery Services. This includes providing offsite backup of business critical data, onsite disaster recovery plans, implementation and testing.
